All these things with should have been done during manufacture. I have emailed Thomann. They replied advising that I could return for a replacement or refund,but could not refund the vat paid at the point the parcel entered the UK, or indeed the import duty that I also paid. So why on earth would I want to do that. Why can't I print the return label? Why can't I download the return label? What happens if I don't have a way to print the return label?
